Business Feng Shui
The most important instrument for a Feng Shui consultant is the Luo Pan - a high-precision compass.
The aim of a business consultation is to increase business and the productivity of the staff.
If the working environment is disharmonious and lacks communication, the consequence is dissatisfaction and lack of interest. Set objectives will not be achieved easily or not met at all.
Some of your aims of a Feng Shui consultation could be:
-
to increase the motivation and performance of your staff
-
to achieve a good and friendly working atmosphere (the cause for a bad working environment could be: mobbing, burn-out syndrome, lack of communication)
-
to find a suitable site for your business or
-
to enhance the attractiveness of the existing location
-
to increase the efficiency of staff
- to optimise the productivity of your company
-
to increase sales
- to increase customer frequency and to decrease the number of dissatisfied customers
During a consultation we assess how to best position the workstations (desks) in order to tap the full potential of your management and staff. A good team spirit can be achieved by balancing the Qi energy.
Procedure
The first visit which usually last between two to four hours is for gathering all relevant data.
I identify the outside influence - which means I measure with my Luo Pan the surrounding buildings, streets, Sha Qi, water and mountains. I also measure the set-up of doors and determine the facing of the building.
Inside the premises I ascertain the flow of Qi, check the room layout and the set-up of the workstations of both, the management and the respective staff.
You do not have to be present while I do the measurements. I only need your time for approx. ½ hour at the beginning for a brief review and a tour around the premises and at the end to discuss the plan of action.
After collecting all the necessary information, I will do my homework and draw up a concept for practical and sensible solutions.
During my second visit I present the results and we work out a detailed concept on how to make the modifications, i.e. set-up of workstations, choice of colours and forms, recommendations for room allocation, scheduling the renovations or construction of a new building, and so on.
Upon request we can arrange for a third visit approx. two to three months after implementing the business-optimisation measures / optimization plan to talk about your experience and, if fine-tuning is necessary, discuss further actions.
